For your convenience, this cooktop has a “Pause” button. Just press “Pause” and all active cooking zones will drop to Keep Warm mode so you can safely answer the phone or get the door. Hands-free control is even possible as this cooktop is Hob2Hood enabled, so when used with a compatible rangehood, the rangehood will automatically power on and extract air based on the activities on the cooktop.
