Making your favourite meal is simple with the wide DirectSelect Premium touch control panel where you can choose from 17 power levels, enable the Keep Warm function or set the timer with automatic switch off. The cooktop boasts the FlexInduction feature which lets you combines two zones into one large surface to cook with larger cookware and trays.
Start up easily with the QuickStart feature and enjoy more heat in no time with the PowerBoost and PanBoost functions. This Bosch cooktop’s unique MoveMode lets you allocate the power levels across the cooking zone. A good example of this is boiling water at the front of the cooktop, then moving the pot or pan to the middle where your food is cooked, then moving it to the back where it continues to simmer or cook at low heat.
As you cook, the centre downdraft ventilation helps keep your air fresh and clean by automatically ventilating with the PerfectAir sensor. Once cooktop activity is detected, the rangehood automatically controls extraction so that you can focus on your cooking. Use the touch controls to access 17 fan speed levels and 2 intensive settings while the filter saturation indicator ensures you can keep it clean and effective. The dishwasher safe grease filter can be effortlessly removed and placed with the rest of your dishes for simple washing up.
