Thanks to the TruePic IX processor, the E-M1 Mark III boasts advanced features such as the “50MP Handheld High Res Shot” and “Starry Sky AF”. The “50MP Handheld High Res Shot” lets you take hi-resolution images using the High Res Shot when using a tripod is not possible. Meanwhile the “Starry Sky AF” enables accurate auto focus for stars at night which usually required time consuming manual focusing.
The camera features versatile shooting capabilities such as handheld 4K video recording and the Pro Capture mode. Pro Capture starts recording from the first release of the ‘half press’ on the shutter, making it possible to record once-in-a-lifetime shots that you might otherwise miss.
Never again will you have to work with blurred images. The E-M1 Mark III features an in-body image stabilisation that delivers approximately up to 7.0 shutter speed steps of compensation and when combined with compatible lenses, there’s even greater stabilisation with up to 7.5 steps of compensation.
