Air Fried Panko Brie

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 x 200g brie wheels

To Serve:

  • Baguette slices

METHOD:

  1. Place flour, egg (whisked lightly with a fork) and panko in three medium separate bowls to create a crumbing station.
  2. Dip the brie wheels individually into the flour, egg and then panko, then returning to the flour/egg/panko so each brie wheel is crumbed twice in the panko mixture (this makes an extra crunchy thick layer of panko!)
  3. Place both crumbed brie wheels into the DiamondForce™ 3-in-1 Digital Air Fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 200°C, or until crisp and golden.
  4. Serve the crumbed brie wheels with baguette slices for dipping and enjoy!

Tip – Air fry your baguette slices in a single layer for 3 minutes to make them lovely and crisp!

Grilled Pull Apart Bread

Mozzarella and pesto combine to make a tasty party favourite that everyone will love. Serve as one large loaf and have guests pull out chunks of bread to enjoy! INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 French boule or sourdough loaf
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 3 Tbsp. pesto

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the Grill.
  2. Cut the loaf on a diagonal into 2” diamonds, being careful not to cut all the way through the bread.
  3. Using your fingers, open each slice and spread the butter and pesto onto the bread coating each piece completely.
  4. Stuff the cheese into each crack.
  5. Place a large piece of tinfoil under the bread and lightly wrap up the sides of the bread, leaving the top open.
  6. Place the foil wrapped bread onto the preheated grill. Place the lid on the grill.
  7. Grill the bread for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve as one large loaf and pull-out chunks of bread to enjoy!

Chocolate Mousse with Whisky Caramel Popcorn

INGREDIENTS:

Mousse

  • 400g dark (70%) chocolate, finely chopped
  • 200g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 200g milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup (250ml) thickened cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Whisky Caramel Popcorn

  • ½ cup (110g) caster sugar
  • ½ cup (125ml) whisky
  • 2 tsp cardamom pods, bruised
  • 3 cups caramel popcorn

METHOD:

  1. Place chocolates and 1 cup (250ml) boiling water in a blender and blend until melted and smooth. Add egg whites and continue to blend until smooth and combined, then add cream and vanilla, and blend again to combine. Pour into a serving container and chill for 4 hours or until set.
  2. For the popcorn, place the sugar, whisky, cardamom and 1/4 cup (60ml) water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Stir to dissolve sugar, then simmer for 10-12 minutes or until slightly thickened. Set aside to cool completely, then add popcorn and toss to coat.
  3. Scoop mousse into serving glasses. Top with caramel popcorn and serve.

Mudslide Iced Coffee Cocktail

As the night ends, impress your friends with the perfect dessert cocktail. Made super easy with Sunbeam’s Iced Coffee Machine. INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop coffee grounds*
  • Water, for the coffee
  • Ice
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce (optional)
  • 1 shot (30mL) coffee liqueur
  • 1 shot (30mL) Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 shot (30mL) milk

METHOD:

  1. Add water and coffee grounds to the Sunbeam Iced Coffee Machine and switch on.
  2. While the water is heating, drizzle a cocktail glass with chocolate sauce, then fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour in the coffee liqueur, irish cream liqueur and milk.
  3. Brew the hot coffee into the tumbler, and pour into the cocktail glass. Stir to combine. Enjoy!

Tip – *Scoop refers to the coffee scoop that comes in the box.
